Cyanogen Coagulation

Cyanogen coagulation waterproof and anticorrosive coating is a type of two-component curing surface coating material based on polyisocyanate. It is used for strong adhesion in steel structure corrosion protection and exhibits strong penetration when used in concrete tanks. The liquid slurry that permeates into the concrete reacts for a second expansion when it encounters the moisture in the concrete. With a large penetration radius and solid volume ratio, it effectively blocks the capillary pores of the concrete, enhancing the surface strength and achieving 100% waterproofing.

Application

  • Waterproofing and anticorrosive sealing projects for tunnels, culverts, mines, trenches, ditches, sewage tanks, potable water tanks, water towers, pools, reservoirs, water gates, cooling towers, and underground or subterranean engineering.
  • Waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and corrosion-resistant projects for various industrial and civil buildings, roofs, interior and exterior walls, bathrooms, kitchens, gutters, balconies, sewers, warehouses, bridge joints, and expansion joints.
  • Waterproofing, moisture-proofing, corrosion-resistant, leakage-proof, and mold-resistant projects for various dormitories, grain storage facilities, warehouses, offices, floors, and various wall surfaces.
  • Grouting for cement-based structures, foundations for railways and other infrastructure, ports, docks, bridge piers, coal mines, oil fields, and geological drilling.

Precautions for Use

  • Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, away from open flames, ensuring waterproofing, leakage prevention, and protection from high temperatures. Avoid collisions and exposure to sunlight and rain.
  • During construction, ensure that the base surface is clean and dry. 
  • Adequate ventilation is required for basement construction, and open flames for lighting are strictly prohibited.
  • The construction involves applying one layer of non-woven fabric or mesh fabric, combined with three layers of waterproof coatings, or alternatively, two layers of non-woven fabric or mesh fabric, combined with five layers of waterproof coatings.
  • In areas prone to flooding, expansion joints, culverts, or other critical locations requiring special attention, reinforcement of the substrate can be performed. After completion, a protective layer or other covering can be applied. In cases where the base surface is excessively dry, construction can be carried out by spraying water until the substrate is damp without visible water. Post-construction, multiple rounds of water spraying for maintenance can enhance the effectiveness.
