LECRON SHARE meticulously planned and organized a vibrant and highly creative spring team-building activity in April—expedition to Mount Yueyang: “Building Excellence Together, Hand in Hand Towards the Future.” This unique exploratory journey aimed to enhance employee physical fitness and, more importantly, strengthen the team’s internal cohesion through a series of challenging outdoor activities.
During the activity, employees immersed themselves in nature, enjoying the picturesque scenery of Mount Yueyang with its numerous valleys, lush forests, babbling streams, and the sweet fragrance of flowers amidst chirping birds. As they traversed the terrain, they encouraged each other, showcasing the excellent teamwork and resilience of the LECRON family, unafraid of challenges, and pushing forward together.
In addition to admiring the beautiful natural scenery, employees also experienced outdoor mountain hiking to foster team cohesion. Hand in hand, they climbed peaks, with each step brimming with challenge and passion. Despite the arduous and challenging journey of climbing, when we stood at the summit of Mount Yueyang, looking out over the surroundings, all the efforts and sweat were instantly rewarded.
In the afternoon, we immersed ourselves in another form of spiritual nourishment by visiting the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall. There, we witnessed the touching deeds of Comrade Jiao Yulu’s selfless dedication, which deeply touched and inspired each of our hearts.
This activity not only brought joy to the employees amidst their busy work schedules but also deepened everyone’s understanding of the importance of teamwork.
