Polyol Blends for Solar Water Heater (LC-A2120)

LC-A2120 is one of the polyol blends specifically designed for the insulation layer of solar water heaters using rigid polyurethane foam. The main foaming systems include cyclopentane and a binary system of HFC-245FA+cyclopentane. It contains all the necessary raw materials and additives for producing rigid polyurethane foam.

Recommended Foaming and Molding Conditions

  • Foaming equipment: High-pressure machine recommended
  • Substrate preheating temperature: 40-45ºC
  • Raw material temperature: 20-23ºC

Recommended storage temperature: 15-25 °C
