Precautions for Use
① PVDF should not be processed and used at temperatures higher than 350℃ to prevent the decomposition of toxic gas. Care should be taken to prevent inhalation of dust during use.
② PVDF has good flame retardant and smoke suppression properties, but when exposed to an open flame, it will release toxic hydrogen fluoride gas and fluorocarbon organic compounds. Operators should take personal protection when using and processing.

20kg/anti-static bag/carton or cardboard drum.
Transportaion
According to the non-dangerous goods transportation, the transportation process should avoid being subjected to the heat, moisture or the violent vibration.
Storage
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, and should beisolated from fire sources and away from heat sources.
LECRON SHARE PVDF for Lithium Battery Binder Grade FAQ
Polyvinylidene fluoride resin should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, and should beisolated from fire sources and away from heat sources.
PVDF Lithium Battery Binder Grade boasts superior purity and adheres to more stringent production standards compared to standard PVDF. This specialized PVDF undergoes specific treatments to guarantee the material's purity and consistency, aligning with the exacting demands of lithium battery production.
This PVDF is frequently employed as a binder and separator coating for lithium batteries. Its notable features include strong bonding properties, chemical stability, safeguarding the battery's internal structure, and enhancing overall battery performance and safety.
They are compatible with LiFePO4, NCM523, NCM622, and NCM811.
This PVDF exhibits outstanding chemical stability, resistance to high temperatures, robust adhesion to active materials, and commendable mechanical strength. These attributes contribute to the enhanced performance and extended lifespan of lithium-ion batteries.
Indeed, employing lithium battery grade PVDF as a binder helps sustain the structural integrity of the electrode throughout charge-discharge cycles, contributing to an extended cycle life.
Why Choose PVDF for Lithium Battery Binder from LECRON SHARE?
- LECRON PVDF has excellent thixotropic properties, and the positive electrode paste does not gel for 24 hours, which can reduce the amount of solvent used and increase the solid content of the paste.
- When LECRON PVDF is used as a binder, it can more stably connect the positive electrode active material, conductive agent, and current collector, thereby greatly reducing electrode impedance and battery polarization.
- When LECRON PVDF is used for separator coating, it will greatly improve the high temperature resistance, increase the amount of electrolyte solution, and increase the safety of the battery under high pressure.
